Dr. Jennifer Eisenhuth, a Minneapolis orthodontist, has a couple of tips for keeping Invisalign and other types of clear plastic aligners looking good.
Avoid Toothbrush/Toothpaste
Normally, a toothbrush and toothpaste are great for cleaning a variety of appliances, but not in the case of clear, plastic aligners, said Eisenhuth, a Minneapolis Invisalign provider.
